Return Window
We accept returns within 90 calendar days from the date of delivery.

To start a return, email info@reemaaura.com and include your order number and the reason for return.
Return Eligibility
- Item must be in the same condition as received.
- Unused / unworn with all original tags attached.
- In the original packaging.
- Include the receipt or proof of purchase.
Process
- Email info@reemaaura.com with your order details.
- Wait for our approval and the return instructions (including the return address).
- Do not ship items without approval โ unapproved returns will be refused.
Return Shipping & Fees
- Free return shipping on all eligible returns.
- No restocking fee will be charged.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Non-Returnable Items
- Final sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return.
